We have assisted an executor navigate a complex estate administration. During the administration the executor faced the issues including:

1. Engaging an accountant to prepare and lodge current and historical income tax statements for a family company and the deceased;
2. A family provision application which was first notified to the executor by way of a threat to lodge a caveat over the sale of the family home, which was the sole significant asset of the estate and without the sale the Estate had insufficient means to satisfy the debts owed.
